AUSBARREL Sticky Balsamic was born in 2014 when a niche was identified for a gourmet fruit-infused balsamic vinegar within the Australian market. Beginnings were modest, however the brand grew quickly to provide product throughout Australia.

Since then, AUSBARREL Sticky Balsamic has grown significantly; it is now Victoria’s largest producer of balsamic vinegar, and is Australia’s most awarded balsamic vinegar manufacturer, known for the high quality, gourmet, artisan products manufactured. The newest molecular gastronomy sensation, AUSBARREL Sticky Balsamic Pearls are also now available.
